Support and Guidance: Provide technical support and general guidance to families and professionals regarding special educational needs.

Administrative Excellence: Provide efficient and effective administrative support which enables the Inclusion Service to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Effective Communication: Act as a frontline contact for service users, offering information and advice while maintaining accurate electronic records.

Qualifications: GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. A nationally accredited SEN qualification is desirable.

Experience: At least two years of administrative experience, with a background in working with children and young people with special educational needs preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage caseloads effectively, and a commitment to equality and diversity.
