The predicted salary is between 40000 - 46000 £ per year.

This role is permanent, full time, 37 hours per week with a salary of £46,142 - £51,356 per annum. This role is not open to international sponsorship.

You will need to be educated to Registered Manager Award or level 4 in Management and Care or equivalent. You will need to have great people skills and be able to interact with all people you meet including other professionals, family members, residents, and staff. You will be able to work as part of a team and on an individual basis using your own initiative and knowledge to ensure the home can meet the individual needs of the service users.

Ambition is a must, and you will want to learn and develop your career for the benefit of the service delivery and your own personal and professional development. We will pay for training and support you to work competently against the standards of The Care Certificate.

Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
