We are seeking a motivated and capable Recruitment Officer to support hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, with a focus on enhancing the candidate experience. This position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Helping managers recruit for their job vacancies
  • Managing recruitment from start to finish including advert support, interview letters, references, offers of employment, compliance checks
  • Delivering a smooth and engaging candidate experience
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
  • Maintaining accurate records and data integrity
  • Contributing to continuous service improvement and team planning
Qualifications
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Experience in a customer-focused role
  • Strong ICT skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
