Salary: £53,887 – £58,282 per annum | Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours/week | Location: Preston Role Overview As part of the Health Improvement team, you will lead the development and implementation of policies aimed at enhancing community health, particularly addressing issues related to Community Safety, Domestic Abuse, and Counter Terrorism. You will ensure statutory responsibilities are met while fostering strong community partnerships. You will also promote a positive team environment, encourage continuous learning, and approach challenges with optimism. Candidate Requirements Extensive experience at a senior management level, managing large, complex public health services, with the ability to implement strategic visions within budgets. Deep knowledge of public health and wellbeing services, with practical experience in community settings. Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and motivate teams.
