We are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to work in KS2 classes as a general class TA, supporting our mission to “Loving all, like Jesus, we flourish together”. The role requires enthusiasm, openness, and a can‑do attitude. The position is part‑time, term‑time only, and the salary is pro‑rata based on a full‑time equivalent.

Essential Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 or above qualification – appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy

Essential Experience

  • Experience of working with or caring for children of primary age
  • Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities
  • Experience of working in KS2
