The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 Β£ per year.
This is a full-time, 12-month position starting ASAP. There is no specific whole-class teaching commitment, but you will work closely with small groups of children to support academic progress.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the attainment, wellbeing, attendance and working habits of Pupil Premium children.
- Monitoring and analysing data using Excel, updating regularly.
- Running pupil interviews, questionnaires and progress conversations.
- Welcoming families at the school gate and building positive relationships.
- Completing playground duties to observe children in social settings.
- Monitoring usage of school-issued tablet devices and online programmes.
- Liaising with families if home-learning agreements are not being met.
- Working closely with staff, children and parents to drive engagement and progress.
