Are you ready to shape digital strategy and drive transformation at Lancashire County Council? We’re seeking a strategic and influential Strategic Business Partner to act as the key liaison between Digital Services and directorates, ensuring digital initiatives deliver real business value and support organisational goals.
As a Strategic Business Partner You Will:
- Act as the primary strategic liaison for your directorate, translating business needs into digital requirements and solutions.
- Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of digital initiatives that align with council strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and corporate teams to shape digital requirements, secure executive sponsorship, and drive transformation.
- Support the development of digital strategies and application roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are prioritised to meet business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional or academic qualification, or substantial experience in a relevant field; digital transformation or project management certifications desirable.
- Proven experience of strategic business planning, ideally within a large, complex organisation.
- Experience in a senior digital role with a track record of supporting digital strategy and working with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and digital solutions.
