Responsibilities:
- This is a county team leader role responsible for the Shared Lives BSO team and possibly support officers in the future.
- Organising Shared Lives Panel.
- Overseeing the schemes Charms system.
- Facilitating the service user forum.
- Producing statistics and report writing.
- Contributing towards service development.
- Leading on carer marketing and communications designs.
- Providing training related to the organisation for staff and carers, as well as the schemes Newsletter.
