Role Purpose: The main purpose of this post is to support pupils to overcome barriers to learning, by providing pastoral or learning support.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils to overcome barriers to learning, providing pastoral or learning support.
- Work as part of the school team to identify and address individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies.
