As a Commissioning Manager, you will:
- Lead the Digital Commissioning team, driving innovation and embedding a modern, progressive commissioning approach.
- Commission cutting-edge solutions in areas such as Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Wide Area Networking, End User Computing (EUC) and Cloud technologies.
- Oversee the integration of third-party and in-house digital services into a seamless, resilient operating model.
- Deliver value-for-money digital services through effective service measurement, vendor management, licensing, and asset control.
- Manage digital revenue and commissioning budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic financial plans.
What we're looking for:
- Honours degree or equivalent relevant experience, with a professional qualification in digital commissioning or SIAM.
- Proven experience in commissioning digital products and services within complex organisations, ideally in public sector.
- Experience of managing suppliers in a SIAM environment.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent knowledge of digital trends, tools, and platforms.
- Ability to manage budgets, drive service improvement, and lead cross-functional teams.
