Salary £46,142 - £51,356, Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. On call cover is also required.

The purpose of this job is to manage the development of quality and policy within Older Peoples Care Services. The post plays a key role in ensuring all services achieve appropriate standards and Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings. This role will play a large part in supporting services in their quest for continuous improvement and help develop teams to provide high quality care. Much of the role will be in services working directly with frontline staff and management teams.

You will need a minimum of two years middle management experience in a business focussed care organisation. You must have knowledge and experience of managing quality performance and staff development system. Significant experience of and ability to manage large scale change is also essential.
