Responsibilities:
- Support adults with disabilities to live the lives they want, participating in daytime activities, leisure, education and centre-based activities.
- Provide day-to-day support including helping people access activities and experiences in their local community.
- Assist with personal care and supporting individuals with managing finances where required.
- Administer medication as appropriate and ensure health needs are met to achieve positive outcomes.
