We are currently recruiting an AutoCAD Technician within Property Service at Lancashire County Council to work with the Performance and Information Team based at County Hall on a hybrid working basis. The Performance and Information team are responsible for strategic management of the council's property portfolio (operational and non-operational) to ensure that the organisation's property holdings enable the delivery of corporate priorities and service objectives. This comprises in the region of 600 schools and 400 operational buildings.
What we are looking for… We are seeking an enthusiastic AutoCAD Technician to join the Performance and Information Team to assist with maintaining accurate property asset information in the Property Asset Management System (PAMS), identifying and releasing sites to meet statutory duties, strategically managing the property portfolio to align with operational needs, coordinating the transfer of surplus properties to community organisations, and collaborating with public and community sector bodies to explore co-location and shared service delivery opportunities.
