Rota details: Minimum of 22.5 hours per week. As this is a peripatetic position, the rota will be discussed at interview. You will need to be flexible and available to work a mixture of day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia, and their families.
