We are seeking energetic and caring Pupil Support Workers to support students with SEND on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidates will work with the SENDCo and class teachers to support progress and achievements of pupils across the primary phases.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and nurturing relationship with the pupils they support, enabling them to Love, Learn and Shine.
- Support learning in and out of the classroom under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCo.
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of individualized support interventions, delivering them independently and promoting independence over time.
- Deliver a mix of 1:1 and small group learning activities that facilitate engagement and learning.
- Support and develop social and behavioural skills, helping to maintain personal safety of pupils.

Additional Information
