An apprentice Level 3 Teaching Assistant is required to join our hardworking and dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide quality learning opportunities and support that develops the whole child, sharing our values-based approach to education which enables pupils to acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers and school leaders in working with children to support the education, personal and social development of pupils and establishing positive relationships to assist in structured learning activities.
  • Assist in learning activities, produce learning resources and support pupils’ learning development.
  • Undergo induction and internal on-the-job training, and log the appropriate level of off-the-job training supported by a workplace mentor.
  • Undergo an online search as part of due diligence in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Mandatory functional skills assessments prior to enrolment onto the apprenticeship.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • GCSE pass in Maths and English.
