Job Summary

Salary: £28,142 – £32,061 per annum (pro rata if part time). Full-time (37 hours per week) with part-time hours available.

Location: North Lancashire covers homes in Lancaster, Thornton, Preesall & Heysham.

International sponsorship: Not open to international sponsorship.

About Us

Our Children\’s Residential Service is expanding and we have exciting opportunities within X due to the opening of a new home in the area.

We hold strong views and beliefs that our children deserve the very best care and support. We pride ourselves on developing positive, meaningful, and lifelong relationships with our children. With an emphasis on working creatively, we promote fun activities for our children inside and outside the homes and ensure that our children and young people are supported to develop in all areas of life.

Night Staff Role

Night staff have a significant and important role in our children\’s homes and work through the night while staff are asleep. Night staff are responsible for ensuring the home is secure during the night and, should the children wake, that they have a friendly face to support them and deal with any issues.
