About You…

What You’ll Do…
- Deliver group work sessions and drop-in support for children, parents, and families.
- Develop and deliver programmes focused on health, wellbeing, parenting, and relationships.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with families and create safe spaces for learning and growth.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding standards are upheld.
- Work flexibly, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet family needs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Level 2 qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and group work skills.
- Knowledge of issues affecting children and families.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety.
