Summary: 30 hours per week, term time only, 08:45 to 15:15. Pay: LCC Pay Spine Grade 7 £32,061 - £36,363 (pro‑rata salary). Contract: Permanent, starting September 2026 (earlier if possible).
About the role: Working as part of the pupil support team, you will support teaching and learning alongside wider pastoral provision. The role includes planning and delivering targeted interventions, supporting behaviour and working closely with children and families to remove barriers to learning, including attendance. You will be a visible and trusted adult for pupils, acting as the first line of support and championing inclusion across the school.

Essential Qualifications: HLTA status or relevant Level 3 qualification (Level 4 desirable). English and Maths Grade 'C' or above (or equivalent).

- Show strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Be able to plan, deliver and evaluate targeted interventions.
