We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our already established friendly and supportive team who will contribute to the key work of the Education and Children's Directorate. This post is within the Pupil Access Team based at Mill 14, Lancaster LA1 3SE providing support to operational staff and managers.
You could be really experienced in administration or looking to build on your previous experience and there's no better place to do this than with us.

- Knowledge and Experience: Ideally you will have experience of working within an administration setting and have knowledge of using Microsoft packages and databases.
- Great Communication: You'll be engaging and providing advice to Managers, Social Workers, families, members of the public and the rest of the team on a daily basis, so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key.

We are currently working a combination of office and home working, therefore, you will be required to have a suitable working space within your home and broadband connection for none office days. Office days are currently Tuesday and Wednesday for the team however these could change or depending on workload needs you may be required to work from the office on additional days.
