This is a permanent, part-time position with a guaranteed 16.25 hours per week, and you’ll be providing essential cover across multiple school sites. Because of the travel involved, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
Salary: £12.60 Per hour | Permanent, Part Time, 16.25 hours per week (Term Time) | Covering Areas Ribble Valley & Preston
Responsibilities:
- Support various school kitchens by preparing, cooking, and serving healthy, balanced meals
- Help set up and clear down the dining area, including moving and arranging furniture
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all catering areas and equipment
Qualifications / Experience:
- Are a team player with a positive attitude
- Have great customer service skills
- Can adapt quickly to different environments
- Have experience in catering or food preparation (preferred but not essential)
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday – 3.25 hours per day
- 16.25 hours per week – term time only
- Travel across Ribble Valley and Preston required (mileage allowance paid)
