Overview
Mobile Catering Assistant (Peripatetic) – Term Time Only with Travel Across Ribble Valley & Preston. Location: Lancashire (Hyndburn & Ribble Valley areas). Salary: £12.60 per hour. Type: Permanent. Hours: Part-time (16.25 hours per week, term time).
Responsibilities
- Support various school kitchens by preparing, cooking, and serving healthy, balanced meals
- Help set up and clear down the dining area, including moving and arranging furniture
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all catering areas and equipment
Requirements
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car (travel across Ribble Valley & Preston)
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Have great customer service skills
- Can adapt quickly to different environments
- Experience in catering or food preparation (preferred but not essential)
- International sponsorship: not open to international sponsorship
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday – 3.25 hours per day
- Total of 16.25 hours per week, term time only
- Travel across Ribble Valley and Preston (mileage allowance may apply)
