Overview
Peripatetic (mobile catering staff) required in the Hyndburn and surrounding area. You will travel to different schools in the Hyndburn and surrounding area to cover where necessary. Must be willing to train as a kitchen supervisor. Must be able to drive. Mileage allowance is given for this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the dining area for service, including the moving and setting up of furniture and putting away
- Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages
- Clean all equipment and catering areas
What We Are Looking For

- Previous catering and food preparation experience would be desirable
Working Hours/Days
Monday to Friday. Term time only. 12.5 hours per week minimum, although hours are variable depending upon school meal uptake.
Salary & Benefits
Salary £12.60 per hour. Permanent, variable hours, 12.5 hours per week. Mileage allowance is provided. International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship.
