What You\'ll Be Doing
As a
Library Assistant
, you\'ll support the delivery of a high-quality library and information service. This includes:

  • Assisting customers with accessing digital resources and information.
  • Supporting in the planning and delivery of events (e.g. author events, class visits)

You will be appointed to a library base(s), but there will be an expectation that you will work at other libraries as required. Hours of work range from 7 to 37 hours per week. Please see attachments for rotas.

What We\'re Looking For
Our ideal person will be welcoming and friendly, have a love for reading and be passionate about sharing this. You will have excellent communication and digital skills, be able to work with a range of stakeholders and be able to deliver a customer focused service.
