The Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub is looking for passionate individuals to help shape a more inclusive, skilled workforce across Lancashire. We use data-driven insights to support economic growth and opportunity for all. We’re also delivering the Connect to Work programme — an exciting DWP initiative helping people with disabilities, health conditions, or complex barriers find and stay in meaningful employment.
As the Integration Partnerships Officer, you will:
- Drive integration of employment support within health services by promoting the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model across NHS and care settings.
- Build partnerships with health professionals to increase referrals and raise awareness of the Connect to Work programme.
- Coordinate delivery of employment pathways, ensuring seamless collaboration between health partners, local authorities, and service providers.
- Lead strategic efforts to embed employment as a health outcome, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and report on programme impact.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in employment support, health services, or partnership coordination.
- Strong understanding of the IPS model and integrated care systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for inclusive, person-centred approaches to employment and health.
