This is an incredibly exciting time to join our service. We have launched Living Better Lives in Lancashire, our new strengths‑based vision for Adult Social Care. Through this we are embedding innovative practice that will make a real difference to the lives of people in our communities.
We are looking for Social Workers to support us to deliver our vision of supporting people to achieve what matters to them, living independently in a place they call home. Collaboration and co‑production are at the heart of what we do, working alongside partners, community organisations, carers and the people we support to shape meaningful and personalised outcomes.
The role involves joining our Older People & Physical Disabilities team as a Social Worker, where you will support adults to live well, safely and as independently as possible in their own homes and communities. You will work in a strengths‑based way with people, carers and partners to understand what matters most and to build support around their needs. The role covers the Fylde area and is based at our Lytham St Annes office.

Eligibility: Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker or must be in the process of registering. Successful candidates will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a 'disclosure'. You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post, and must be insured for business use.
