About the Role

We’re pleased to announce a great opportunity to join our established Family Safeguarding Teams, which include domestic abuse officers, domestic abuse practitioners, child and family practitioners and mental health practitioners. The role requires an experienced social worker who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and is committed to delivering interventions to children and their families as part of a multi‑agency team.

Training & Development

New recruits will attend the Social Work Academy, which includes an extensive induction programme, regular recall days and training for ASYE social workers. Practice Development Managers lead the Academy, ensuring high standards of practice.

Requirements

Please note, these roles require a minimum of 12 months post‑qualification experience. They are not suitable for newly qualified social workers or those looking to undertake their ASYE.

You will be required to provide a vehicle for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use, although we may consider you if you cannot drive because of a disability.
