Lancashire County Council\'s Employment Support Service is dedicated to helping adults with disabilities secure meaningful paid employment. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail to support our Business Support function. This role involves providing administrative assistance to a busy team, utilising practical methods and techniques to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and extract information from systems and databases.
  • Provide administrative, clerical, and financial support.
  • Assist with payments and data maintenance.
  • Collect and collate statistics and management information.
  • Respond to enquiries and set up systems.
  • Support meetings and administer financial systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Skills And Experience
  • Relevant experience or ability to demonstrate competence.
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
  • Strong eye for detail in pulling reports and providing statistics.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work systematically.
  • Teamwork and initiative.
