Lancashire County Council\'s Employment Support Service is dedicated to helping adults with disabilities secure meaningful paid employment. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail to support our Business Support function. This role involves providing administrative assistance to a busy team, utilising practical methods and techniques to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and extract information from systems and databases.
- Provide administrative, clerical, and financial support.
- Assist with payments and data maintenance.
- Collect and collate statistics and management information.
- Respond to enquiries and set up systems.
- Support meetings and administer financial systems.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Relevant experience or ability to demonstrate competence.
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Strong eye for detail in pulling reports and providing statistics.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work systematically.
- Teamwork and initiative.
