Are you ready to lead digital transformation at Lancashire County Council?
We\’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of digital and technical change across our organisation.
As Digital Delivery Manager you will:
- Lead the delivery of digital and technical change initiatives to support council service and business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed digital solutions that align to strategic plans and meet business needs.
- Provide professional leadership to the digital delivery team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Embed a culture of empowerment, and continuous learning driving excellence in digital change.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master, Agile PM).
- Proven experience leading complex, high-value digital change in large organisations.
- Strong leadership and management experience.
- Ability to mentor and empower teams to deliver successful digital change.
