About You…
- Organised & Proactive – You’ll ensure our neighbourhood centres run smoothly, supporting families and staff with day-to-day operations.
- Customer-Focused – You’ll provide a warm welcome, answer queries, and signpost visitors to the right services.
- Safety & Standards – You’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
What You’ll Do…
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to our neighbourhood centres.
- Support bookings, appointments, and service user records using IT systems.
- Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment, including basic checks and displays.
- Provide information and signposting to families and service users.
- Occasionally support group sessions to ensure smooth delivery and appropriate supervision.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Confidence in using IT systems for bookings and record-keeping.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety.
- Flexibility to work outside core hours when needed.
