The Headteacher and Governors of Astley Park School are looking to appoint a number of Welfare Assistants to join our team to ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of our pupils during the lunch break period. Hours of work will be 11.15am to 1.15pm Monday to Friday (Term Time only). We would love to hear from you if you are a positive, friendly and hardworking person who enjoys working with children.
Responsibilities- Assist with setting up and taking down dinner hall tables and chairs
- Supervise pupils, supporting and promoting positive lunch times
- Keep our young pupils safe
- Deal with accidents or incidents during lunch time or in the playground areas
