Salary £25,949 – £25,989 per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Lancaster and Morecambe Domiciliary Service (White Cross)
We are looking for cheerful and positive individuals to join our Domiciliary Service as Support Workers. You will help people throughout Lancashire with daily activities and support them in building an active life.
Responsibilities- Visit people's homes and support them with personal care, household chores, finances, medication and other daily needs.
- Encourage participation in community activities, such as shopping trips and outdoor outings.
- Offer kindness, warmth and support to improve the quality of life for service users.
- Provide reliable care in 37‑hour weeks, including sleep‑overs and weekend work.
- Passion for making a positive difference.
- Empathy, resilience and motivation to cope with challenging behaviours.
- Clear communication skills and a caring nature.
- Up to 31 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays and 2 additional statutory Bank Holidays.
