Are you passionate about supporting families through challenging times? Do you have the empathy, creativity, and drive to help people build confidence, resilience and brighter futures? We’re looking for Community Resilience Workers (Outreach) to join the Children and Family Wellbeing Service and support families in our Family Hubs and in the community, a role where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact.

This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to become a trusted support for families navigating financial pressure, housing challenges, emotional stress and life transitions. Working flexibly across Lancashire's Family Hubs, community venues, and through outreach, you’ll connect with families who may not otherwise access support, helping them stabilise, grow and thrive.

  • Build trusted, respectful relationships with families
