Role Overview
We provide care to over 1,000 adults across 16 care homes and 13 day centres. As a Senior Care Assistant you will support older people and adults with dementia.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver high quality care. Support older people to live their lives their way.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 equivalent in health and social care – willing to complete Level 3.
- Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team.
