Salary: Β£12.60 per hour | Permanent, Part Time, 10 hours per week
Contracted Hours β Monday to Friday (10 hours per week).
Contracted start time β 16:00 β 18:00.
About The Role
The Facilities Management Team at Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to perform cleaning duties at the Barton Road Youth & Community Centre, Barton Road, Lancaster, LA1 4ER. The role requires high standards of cleanliness and carries responsibility for maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for the community and vulnerable people. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Damp wiping and damp mopping of floors and surfaces
- Vacuuming of carpets and mats
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
- Maintenance of cleaning equipment and reporting any issues
