Overview

This role carries a TLR 3 which will cover the period from January 2026 to September 2026. The TLR 3 will be for the initial implementation of a Section 27 nursery. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to do this.

The role will involve:

  • Working alongside and supporting a highly committed and caring staff team.
  • Working alongside the SLT and SENDCo to support children with additional needs.
  • Implementing a highly effective EYFS curriculum.
  • Liaising with staff in terms of adapting plans to suit individual needs, providing feedback to staff regarding pupils, and maintaining records for pupil.
  • Leading a subject across our school.

Works in a calm, caring, and supportive manner, delivering an exciting, innovative, creative, and cross-curricular learning environment for children.

Is committed to helping children overcome barriers.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Degree in national curriculum subject or Bachelor of Education
  • Evidence of recent and relevant training applicable to post

Desirable Qualifications

  • Paediatric first aid

Essential Experience

  • Current outstanding teaching experience
  • Experience of teaching in EYFS

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of leading a subject
  • Experience of working within a nursery environment
