The Governors of Red Marsh School are seeking to appoint a talented and inspiring teacher to join our team from September 2026. We require a dynamic and highly motivated classroom practitioner to join our dedicated team. The age group will reflect the candidate’s abilities and needs of the school. The successful applicant will be allocated a class at one of the campuses; however, they must be prepared to work across both sites when necessary.
The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about teaching and learning
- Have high expectations of learning and behaviour
- Be able to use effective strategies to enhance the learning and development of pupils with SEND
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
- Wish to join an outstanding team as we continually strive to move forward to enhance the education and care of our pupils and SEND pupils in other settings
- Be based in a class or classes, which reflect their strength.
