Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring vital records are accurate? If so we invite you to join our Registration Service team at Lancashire County Council as a Registration Officer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working on our busy ceremony programme, registering or conducting statutory ceremonies at our registration offices, at our external approved venues or sometimes in religious buildings; all premises you attend will be within the boundary of Lancashire County Council.

Our Ideal Applicant Will:

• Have excellent customer service skills putting the customer at the heart of every conversation.
• Be organised and have good time management when completing tasks.
• Possess strong digital skills to create and maintain accurate records promptly.
• Be a confident communicator able to deal with a wide range of customers; you will be able to remain personable whilst asking technical questions and operating within a stringent legal training on our processes will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge.
