We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Family Hubs Navigator to join our Chorley team - playing a vital role in connecting children, young people, and families to the right services at the right time.
This is a dynamic and people-focused role at the heart of the Family Hubs Network, where your work will directly shape how families experience support in Chorley.
You will:
- Act as a key point of contact for families, offering guidance, signposting and support into Early Help services
- Promote and increase access to inclusive Family Hubs and community services
- Lead the development of vibrant “One Stop Shop” Family Hub offers tailored to local needs
- Manage and support Delivery Centre Support Workers to create welcoming, high-quality, inclusive Family Hubs
- Take ownership of digital engagement, ensuring websites, social media, and booking systems are accessible, up-to-date, and engaging
You’ll be both a connector and a leader, ensuring families feel supported, heard, and empowered.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- A natural people person with strong relationship-building skills
- Experienced in supporting children, young people, or families
- Confident using digital platforms, social media, and online systems
- Able to lead a team and deliver high-quality customer-focused services
- Passionate about community engagement and inclusion
