What You'll Be Doing
- Lead library teams working across two districts that cover a wide geographical area, to offer a high‑quality library service.
- Manage and supervise the delivery of the library business plan, ensuring that libraries are placed at the heart of their communities.
- Support and encourage staff to be the best they can, monitoring performance and contributing to workforce development.
