Overview
This part-time Casual Senior Care Assistant role is based in Lancashire and is not open to international sponsorship. Salary £12.85 Per Hour. Casual hours per week. The role involves covering for existing staff sickness and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Cover for existing staff sickness and holidays on a casual basis.
- Lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver high quality care.
- Support older people, adults living with dementia and their families across the organisation’s care homes and day centres.
Qualifications
- Level 2 Diploma or equivalent in health and social care, with willingness to complete Level 3.
- Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.
