Salary £12.85 - £13.05 per hour (plus enhancements for weekends, nights, and sleeps). Casual hours per week. Short Breaks Adults Disability Respite Service, Fleetwood. International Sponsorship - this role is not open to international sponsorship. The Short Breaks Adults Disability Service offers respite short and long-term stays in Fleetwood. This is a casual position supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex behavioral needs. Varying hours and shifts are available, offering work-life balance. We\'re looking for compassionate, empathetic individuals who bring a sense of purpose into the lives of others.
