About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily support to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.
- Supporting people to access activities and experiences in the local community.
- Assisting with personal care and support.
- Managing personal finances.

- Supporting individuals in a person‑centred, dignified and respectful way.
