Casual Community Support Worker – Adult Disability Wyre Domiciliary Service – Part Time

Join Lancashire County Council to support adults with learning disabilities in their own homes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The role requires enthusiastic, motivated and flexible people who enjoy helping others live the lives they want.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily support to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.
  • Supporting people to access activities and experiences in the local community.
  • Assisting with personal care and support.
  • Managing personal finances.
  • Administering medication and ensuring health and positive outcomes.
  • Supporting individuals in a person‑centred, dignified and respectful way.
