As a Capital Programme Officer, you will:
- Act as corporate landlord to manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring buildings support vital services and meet evolving needs.
- Lead on delivering Department for Education Basic Need funded expansion schemes, including new schools, special school expansions, SEND units, and alternative provisions.
- Manage the delivery of priority corporate schemes across Lancashire.
- Coordinate stakeholders and multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Navigate a dynamic, politically influenced environment while maintaining focus on value for money and service excellence.
