We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team within the Education and Children’s Directorate. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our Inclusion Service, helping ensure children, families, and professionals receive the high-quality support they need. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality administrative support to managers and operational teams
- Supporting Social Workers, managers, and professionals across the Inclusion Service
- Communicating with families, colleagues, and members of the public
- Using systems and data to support service delivery and decision-making
- Helping ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently
