Supporting Childrens Social Care

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our established team who will contribute to the key work of the Education and Children\’s Directorate.

The post supports Childrens Social Care based at Sydney Street, Lytham St Anne\’s FY8 1TR providing support to operational staff and managers. We are currently working a combination of home and office working, therefore, you will be required to have a suitable working space within your home and broadband connection.

Passion – You\’ll be passionate about delivering a great service and experience, it\’s what will motivate you, getting it right first time, asking for support when you need it and building on the skills that you\’ve developed elsewhere.

Knowledge and Experience – Ideally you will have experience of working within an administration setting and have knowledge of using Microsoft packages and databases.

Great Communication – You\’ll be engaging and providing advice to Managers, Social Workers, families, members of the public and the rest of the team on a daily basis, so being able to clearly communicate the information you need and listen to individual requirements is key.
