This is an incredibly exciting time to join our service. We have launched Living Better Lives in Lancashire, our new strengths-based vision for Adult Social Care. Through this, we are embedding innovative practice that will make a real difference to the lives of people in our communities. We are looking for a Team Manager to help us deliver our vision of supporting people to achieve what matters to them, living independently in a place they call home.

Joining our WES (Wellbeing and Early Support) as a Team Manager you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver proactive, strengths-based support that promotes independence and prevents escalation of need. The role involves overseeing assessment and care planning processes, ensuring timely interventions, and embedding a preventative approach in line with statutory duties and local policies.

As a Team Manager you will provide supervision, guidance, and performance management to staff, while fostering collaborative working with health, voluntary and community partners. You will lead a team of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Support officers; therefore you need to be a registered Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.
