Summary: The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic teaching assistant to cover a maternity leave. The post is required from ASAP to 31/08/2027 or earlier if the post holder returns before this date. Full time, 37 hours a week. Term time only. Salary quoted is full‑time equivalent; salary will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.

Working hours: Monday & Tuesday 8.15‑3.45; Wednesday 8.15‑4.45; Thursday & Friday 8.15‑4.15 (30‑minute break).

Essential Qualifications
  • Level 3 Diplomas for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent qualification.
  • English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy GCSE (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent.
Essential Experience
  • Experience of working with children.
  • Experience of working in an Early Years environment.
  • Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience of completing assessments.
  • Experience of being a keyworker.
