Responsibilities:
- This role is a county team leader role responsible for the Shared Lives BSO team and possibly support officers in the future.
- Organising Shared Lives Panel
- Overseeing the schemes Charms system
- Facilitating the service user forum
- Producing stats and report writing
- Contributing towards service development
- Leading on carer marketing and comms designs
- Training related organisation for staff/carers and the schemes Newsletter
