We’re looking for a Service Development Manager to help drive service improvement, consistency and efficiency within our Integrated Transport Services. This is a high‑impact role where your leadership, analytical skills and sector knowledge will help ensure safe, effective and value‑for‑money passenger transport services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving service development and continuous improvement across Accessible and Integrated Transport services.
- Supporting area and team managers to embed consistent, high‑quality working practices and robust processes.
- Analysing performance data and reporting insights to senior leaders, helping shape informed decision‑making.
- Overseeing quality assurance activity and ensuring compliance with legislation, guidance and best practice.
